The truth about premium pricing (your competitors won't tell you this)...

There’s a lotta chaos in the world...

...Whether it’s:

* Politics
* The economy
* Or some cyborg intelligence that’s threatening the job market…

It’s hard to get clarity.

If you think learning a new skill is risky with the rise of AI, you’re right. But what if I told you there’s one skill that actually thrives in chaos?

Heck, this skill has been in demand for 30+ years.

And that skill is email marketing.

Yesterday I told you how email is antifragile. When you have a business or skill that’s antifragile it thrives in chaos. So this week, I’m share my antifragile email strategy. I helped my client earn a $24k payday even during a market crash...

Here's the deal...

...A staggering number of online businesses fail because they rely on platforms they don’t control.

This strategy could make sure you’re not one of them.

Because with an email list, you own your audience. You own your traffic. And if you follow this strategy you can get yourself a big payday (even if you have a small list)…

I'll get to that in a second but first let me ask your a question.

Do you struggle to stand out in a crowded market? Here’s the single most important factor that determines whether prospects choose you or your competitors…

Your positioning is how your market/audience perceives you when you think of a product.

So give me 2 minutes and I’ll teach you how my client charged $6,000+ for fitness coaching in one of the most competitive markets on earth…

…And in case you weren’t aware, fitness coaching is one of the most competitive markets out there. You’re up against 18-year-old TikTok influencers and generic AI workout plans.

Enter the Whiskey Positioning Technique:

A few months ago, I had a phone call with the email king, Ben Settle. And when I talked to him about positioning in a competitive market he gave me this advice:

“There’s a whiskey distillery in my town. They have a $250 shot of whiskey. And just because that is the most expensive shot of alcohol I’ve ever heard of, I had to try it. How is it made? What does it taste like?”

So here's the truth about premium pricing.

Your competitors want you to charge LESS. Here’s why…

Positioning yourself as the most expensive in your market draws attention. Now you’ve got to back up the price with value. But by simply being the most expensive you draw the attention of the best demographic to market to:

Rich people.

I’m going to give you the most important lesson in consumer psychology with one sentence.

“Wealthy people desire status.”

That means that the more expensive your product or service is. The more it will attract the wealthy. They feel “exclusive” and gain “status” by affording the priciest fitness program available.

And let me tell ya…the launch freaking worked.

If you can show value clearly, then you can charge 3-10X what your competitors charge.

Catch ya soon,

Parker

Can I ask you a question? Ok sure, that might've been a question by itself, so I'll ask you another question… Do you actually read AI writing? Like when you check your inbox, do you open the email, see that it's boring, loaded with words that have no depth behind them, try to read through the lack of flow from sentence to sentence… …and think: "wow, that was a novel concept" If you're like me, and billions of other human beings, the answer is no. As soon as I get a scent of em dashes, no x,...

If I had to pick one entrepreneur's advice to listen to for the rest of my career, it would be Tim Ferriss's. More specifically, it would be this one question Tim has asked himself time and time again whenever he's feeling stuck: "What if I did the opposite for 48 hours?" You see, my biz partner and I have built a cold email infrastructure that can send 600k - 800k emails a month for ourselves…and for our clients. Now let me be clear… There are others sending millions a month, and volume...

Last week I sent an email and published social media content saying that I was hiring. What was supposed to be a way for me to hire the best candidates (which I did btw, in case you applied), turned into a lesson about human behavior. In case you missed it… I shared publicly that I was hiring a copywriter. However, there was a test with various instructions to make sure: You could listen and follow instructions You knew how to "think" like a marketer You knew how to write without Claude slop....
