REVEALED: Ex-electrician's 1,107 customers flywheel

Yesterday I showed you how to write valuable emails that turn strangers into customers.

Now it' time for a confession...

...I started my online business 3 years ago, and only started getting traction 2 years ago.

As a dumb guy with a neck tattoo I still have a lot to figure out about this online biz world.

But I’ve been able to achieve this:

How?

With flywheels.

A flywheel is a self-reinforcing loop where each action powers the next, compounding growth.

Here’s the old flywheel that I used:

Step 1: Write 5 value emails.
Step 2: Use AI to turn emails into X and LinkedIn posts.
Step 3: Those posts attract new people to my email list .
Step 4: New subscribers turn into customers from value emails.

Here's the deal...

If an ex electrician can figure out how to get 1,107 customers in 2 years. Then you can do the same.

But in 2025, I have a new goal.

5,000 customers.

Here’s how I leverage my value emails and AI, to create a massive content flywheel that attracts new customers to my business (without spending hours creating content)...

First an important premise:

If you write valuable emails 5 days a week, then you can leverage flywheels and AI to create a traffic system that not only grows your audience…

…This traffic system will:

  • Get strangers attention
  • Build trust with those strangers
  • Deepen relationships and turn those strangers into fans.
  • And convert those fans into repeat customers.

Note: Your value emails need to be written by YOU. Not AI. The value has to come from your expierence, story, and worldview.

Here’s how:

  1. Write your 5 value based emails [I explained that to you yesterday, but you can read more about that here].
  2. Use Kit to schedule and publish those emails
  3. Have Kit auto publish the emails onto your website.

This feature publishes emails onto your website automatically when you send them.

So?

When you’re consistently publishing emails onto your website, you’ll slowly gain search engine traffic from Google and AI.

People search the topic you write about in your emails, then will get a link to your website. This creates a flywheel of new traffic that signs up to your email list just from hitting “send”.

But wait there’s more…

4. Turn your 5 emails into one blog post.

By writing a 5 email series (I learned this from Derek Johanson), you can combine all 5 emails into one blog post.

Again this will slowly help with SEO (if you just copy and paste).

But if you want to take your 5 emails, combine them into a blog post, and optimize them for AI SEO then you can take a few minutes and do this:

  • Treat each email as a section
  • (Email 1, Header 1, Email 2 Header 2)
  • Break long paragraphs into 2-3 sentences
  • This lets AI and humans find answers fast.
  • Create a 2 sentence TL;DR that hints at the promise and takeaway
  • AI overviews love short leads
  • Add internal links inside your blog post to other blog posts on your website
  • Add an external link to a YouTube video (preferably other people's YouTube videos on the related topic).

Congrats, your weekly emails are now driving traffic from Google and AI search.

5. Turn your 5 emails into a YouTube script.

I built this mega prompt for you to simply fill in the blanks, paste your 5 emails and turn those emails into a viral YouTube script.

Email to YouTube mega prompt.

Record yourself, don’t overthink the editing or video process.

Just record your valuable email content, and post it on YouTube. This creates another flywheel.

Your emails turn into video content that’s evergreen on YouTube, and gets you traffic to your email list.

Now that’s efficiency baby.

6. Turn your long form video into shorts (without editing).

Upload your long form video into opus clips https://www.opus.pro

Opus takes your longform video and creates 10-15 short form videos automatically. You just have to wait a few minutes.

Post these clips once a day.

I use HypeFury to schedule tweets and shorts across:

  • X
  • Threads
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram

And Facebook at the same time.

7. Turn your emails into short form text.

The goal of short form content is to capture attention and build trust…

Here’s how to do this fast.

  1. Swipe your 5 value based emails
  2. Use this mega prompt that converts the emails into short form text.
  3. Choose the post that works best.
  4. Schedule them into HypeFury.

Any questions on this system?

Reply and let me know…

It’s no secret that business owners are more stressed than ever before. Heck, my highest earning months used to be the most miserable. Until a mentor told me to use a Profit Satisfaction Matrix. That’s when I learned to use only one business model. And that business model gave me the highest profits with the most satisfaction. So if you’d like to remove the stress of growing a business (while increasing profit and freedom)... ...Then this may be the best email you read all day. Here’s the...

A big email list is the best way to make money online right? WRONG! Today you'll find out why waiting to have a big email list to make money will REVERSE your progress... I'll explain that in a minute... ...First let me tell you about an awful decision I made that costs me a year of my life (and destroyed my business before it even started): One of the worst decisions I made was waiting to have a big audience and list to sell my first course. Copywriting books today regurgitate the same boring information. They rip off Robert Cialdini's Influence tactics which were relevant in 1984. And teach you tactics that make you sound like a used car sales man. Fun fact: Great copy doesn't seem like copy. Great copy reads like a letter from a friend. Which is just one of the 10...
