That’s when I learned to use only one business model. And that business model gave me the highest profits with the most satisfaction.

Here’s the story:

In April 2024, my business was slapping the income bass like Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I built multiple income streams that most people would die for.

So I spent my time living the digital nomad dream right?

Haha nope.

I’d built myself into a business trap.

Let me explain…

I had 6 different hustles at the same time:

• Coaching.
• Affiliate marketing.
• My own copywriting clients.
• Freelance copywriting for agencies.
• Launching my own digital products.
• A community subscription offer with 127 members

But I barely had time to shyt, shower, and shave. So I hit a breaking point where I was more miserable than happy.

Why?

Because handling:

• Clients
• Outbound
• Sales calls
• Customer service
• Writing and living in Slack channels

Felt more like a prison than that dream of location independence.

I tried to hire people to take some of the workload off of my shoulders but that ended up with me training and managing people.

Big mistake.

This just raised expenses and sucked up more time. The wrinkles on my forehead multiplied from the weight of this burden.

I did the unthinkable.

I canceled my community, quit freelancing, fired clients, and laid off the freelancers I hired.

That’s when I started investigating different business models.

• Affiliates
• Dropshipping
• Subscriptions

But which one you freaking pick?

I wanted to optimize my life for my time. But I still enjoyed the adventure of building a business bigger than myself.

That’s when my mentor Ian Stanley recommended I do a Profit Satisfaction Matrix.

Here’s how it works (it’ll save your business and maybe your life):

You create 3 columns:

1. Revenue generated

• Name of income source
• How much it makes

2. Time investment

• Time spent per week on each income source.

3. Satisfaction level

• On a scale of 1-10 how happy you are with that income source

I found that launching digital products earned me the most money (with the highest profit margins) took the least amount of time to build, and gave me the most satisfaction.

Funny how that works right?

Burning 5 income streams freed 22 hours a week and boosted net profit 27 % in the first 60 days.

So over the next 12 months I launched a new digital product every month.

The results were surprising…
