The $18 billion middle finger to sleazy real estate agents

Here's a story of a pissed off guy with red hair that punched the real estate industry...

...right in the nuts...

I'll explain...

Pissed off red hair guy was tired of the shady tactics of the real estate industry. Real estate agents would use sneaky tactics to rob consumers whenever possible.

If you wanted to see a house for sale, you had to go to a realtor. Who would get perks for selling certain houses and not others.

...Now the red-haired guy was knee deep in the house flipping game.

He knew the consumers were underserved.

The real estate industry became an industry that favored, well, the industry. Not the consumer. It was a vicious cycle of scams. That pretty much left normal home buyers with their dick in their hands (and in a mountain of debt).

Red haired guy's bold move?

He created an app that let people scope for houses on their phones. No need for a realtor or loan. You could simply browse, like, and apply for loans from their...

Well, that red haired real estate guy is Spencer Rascoff. And the app he made is Zillow.

Zillow disrupted the real estate market. Because the app helped consumers. The result? Zillow's market cap sits at 18.65 billion dollars. Yes, there was a ton of hard work on Spencer's part to pull this off.

But the idea all started from Spencer scratching his own itch.

Which brings me to my point...

...The one thing that separates average entrepreneurs from extraordinary entrepreneurs is being observant. If you can observe problems in underserved markets it's simple to build a business.

Imagine if you could start a 7 figure business just by meeting consumer demand?

It all starts with the tactics I've shown you the past 2 weeks.

It’s no secret that business owners are more stressed than ever before. Heck, my highest earning months used to be the most miserable. Until a mentor told me to use a Profit Satisfaction Matrix. That’s when I learned to use only one business model. And that business model gave me the highest profits with the most satisfaction. So if you’d like to remove the stress of growing a business (while increasing profit and freedom)... ...Then this may be the best email you read all day. Here’s the...

A big email list is the best way to make money online right? WRONG! Today you'll find out why waiting to have a big email list to make money will REVERSE your progress... I'll explain that in a minute... ...First let me tell you about an awful decision I made that costs me a year of my life (and destroyed my business before it even started): One of the worst decisions I made was waiting to have a big audience and list to sell my first course. Today John Bejakovic is giving you his copywriting book: 10 Commandments Of A-List Copywriters For free. Now let me explain the problem with most copywriting books... Copywriting books today regurgitate the same boring information. They rip off Robert Cialdini's Influence tactics which were relevant in 1984. And teach you tactics that make you sound like a used car sales man. Fun fact: Great copy doesn't seem like copy. Great copy reads like a letter from a friend. Which is just one of the 10...
