I have a client who I’m doing email and funnel launches for to promote their infoproducts. This client has had their first back-to-back six-figure months, and it makes me feel all mooshy gooshy inside to help them achieve this. But before working together, this client had everything they needed:
However, they were struggling to buck the feast-or-famine cycle of the infoproduct launch model. So what changed? Simple. The first action I took was to gather the customer data and see which courses had the most and least customers. I was looking for gaps in the ascension ladder. And here’s what the data looked like (estimated):
You see, most folks in the launch cycle make the mistake of promoting one offer at a time. But what if 15% of your customers already have that product? Meaning that the existing customers who are most likely to buy aren’t being sold anything because they already own that one product. Stay with me here… So, by exporting the customer data and slapping the shiznit into Claude, I was able to segment the list based on “ascension gaps.” Meaning his list now looked like this:
And so on… What’s genius about this is that you can take each of these segments and promote the product that is their natural next step toward the high-ticket offer. Therefore, I wrote launch emails that: Sold segment 1 the lowest-priced product Sold segment 2 the next lowest-priced product You get the deal. So instead of sending one email campaign, I sent six targeted campaigns to specific segments that addressed their situations. More work and emails? Sure. 10x more sales? Yessir. Remember, it’s a big step to go from non-customer to high-ticket spender. But by having offers that, solve a problem, introduce a new problem that is solved by the next offer… You’re taking prospects by the hand and guiding them to where they need to be. Building trust and relationships one small step at a time. Ciao, Parker |

Across both of my businesses, in the last 30 days, I’ve generated $53k in revenue. Now let me be clear... I have a business partner, employees etc, and I'm aware there are a lot more people making a lot more money than this. So if you think this is a flex it's not. But what's interesting is that this is recurring revenue, not some launch cycle where you cash in and stay broke for the next 3 months. However... What’s more interesting is the rate of growth the cold email agency is seeing:...
If you’ve got more qualified sales calls than you can handle, you can skip this one. But if you’re staring at the ceiling wondering where the next lead will come from… Let me show you what we’re doing. You see, most business owners stare at the ceiling fan instead of getting a good night’s rest… Wondering where their next lead will come from. Heck, that used to be me for years. But now I’ve found myself overwhelmed with qualified calls to the point that I’ve had to build a small team to...
Could you spend a night in jail with your business partner? Weird question, I know. But a quote I read in a Tim Ferriss book has me asking it about pretty much everyone I work with. In it, Tim’s investing mentor dropped an unexpected answer to one of the most frequently asked questions. First, the question: “How do you find the right people to partner with?” Now, his mentor’s answer: “The best people I’ve partnered with and invested with are people I could see myself spending a night in jail...
