It took me 3 months to get to 100 followers on social media. It was ugly. But in the next 3 months after that, I was able to hit 5,000 followers. What changed? For example… Say you want to start a business in the health and fitness niche. If I wanted to get good at this fast, I'd look at all the businesses that are winning in that niche. When you take a step back and study the winners, the market will tell you what it wants. People want highly individualized 1-on-1 fitness coaching for their health.
